Just going through my camera roll and realising there's so much of this academic year that I haven't shared!
One of the highlights has definitely been travelling into secondary schools across London with BDLDto train secondary students as Peer Champions.
I genuinely believe we underestimate the power of young people supporting young people.
Every student has applied for the role because they want to make a difference. I love seeing their confidence grow throughout the day as we explore empathy, active listening, boundaries and how to support someone without trying to solve every problem. And as expected... We also have a few laughs along the way.
These aren't just skills for school. They're skills for life.
