Jo has been providing high quality training to our trainee teachers since 2017. Every year she comes to talk to our trainees about looking after their own wellbeing, before they embark on their challenging training year. In addition, she delivers a session on Child and Adolescent Mental Health, providing valuable guidance to the trainees on how they can best support their students.
Jo has a wonderfully bright and positive delivery style and, as well as sharing her expertise, she offers reassurance and confidence to those she delivers training to. She is joy to work with and it is evident how much she really cares.

Jo has been an incredible support to my 13-year-old daughter. I knew on our first call that she would connect with my daughter and that has very much proven to be the case.
