Learn to control your mind or it will control you.
Most of us live on autopilot. Rushing. Reacting. Overthinking. Letting our thoughts run the show.
Our mind is so clever and is determined by our experience of the world... How we live day-to-day, how we respond to adversity and how we perform at our best.
We live our lives in a cycle of beliefs, conscious or subconscious thought and action. Sometimes we need to put the brakes on and recognise what is and isn't in our control. Don't get me wrong, it takes practice.
