I've found 2024/2025 a year of growth, challenge (definitely challenge) and learning through delivering 1:1 counselling, training, school speaking, family support worker, schools assessor for the WAS award, education consultancy and in this blog - The Flourish Project.
If you told 19-year-old me, backpacking through Asia, where she'd unknowingly meet her future husband in Fiji - that this is where I’d be today… I’m not sure I’d believe you. But the journey has led me here... Helping more and more children and young people build their resilience, develop healthy coping strategies and believe in themselves a little more each day.
What a privilege it is to do this work. Here's to continuing the journey and I'm soooooo excited for the next academic year!
